(left), brew 7gm of grounds through a single-spout filter holder
1/3 filling a 100mL glass or cup in around
15 seconds.
To make a macchiato add a dash
of hot milk to an espresso in a 100 mL cup or glass.

brew 14gm of grounds through a two-spout filter holder into
a 100mL cup with a pour of around 25 seconds.
A long black is an espresso diluted
with hot water (to 90 mL) while retaining the crema. |
