With a
CIA official meeting Osama Bin Laden at the American Hospital
in Dubai in July 2001 (while Bin Laden received treatment for kidney
disease), before returning to CIA headquarters on July 15, and with
US representatives in negotiations with the Taliban (prior to September
11 2001) over a US oil company funded pipeline (to bring oil and gas
from Central Asia through Afghanistan to the Indian Ocean), threatening
them with "either…a
carpet of gold or …a carpet of bombs", the evidence
points to President Bush allowing the S11 attacks in order to provide
a pretext for furthering US oil interests in Central Asia. |
